Training
Installers
Every installer of RubberBond must be trained by Flex-r Ltd. at one of our training centres.
We train companies on an individual basis so we can tailor each course to
suit the installers' requirements. To maintain the highest quality installation
we approve both the roofing company and the individual contractors. Any contractor
installing RubberBond products must have attended and passed a training course
held.
All courses are practical, hands on tuition as to ensure you get the skills
and confidence to install the RubberBond system.
The courses are in two stages, firstly at our training facility in Buckinghamshire
with our experienced technical team to learn the skills, techniques and understanding
of our materials.
Once the off site training has been successfully completed, the next stage
of on site training will follow.
We will arrange for a member of our technical team (normally the member who
undertook the first stage training), to be on site for the first installation,
irrelevant of location, with hands on experience and expertise to give the confidence
and advice that we all need. After the minimum first day, we will then decide
how many days on site training you require until the standard has been met to
be an Approved Contractor.
After this we carry out on going inspections and advise to sure the standard
of Approved Contractor is carried on.
Sales Training
Who is it for?
Anyone involved in the sales/pricing process, company owners, sales people,
roofing contractors, etc. We'll help you understand the benefits of using RubberBond
and what it can deliver for your company and your customer. This will help understand
the installation process and how to price jobs accordingly.
These are run as part of the practical course or separate days to suit our customers
needs.
